We start with what you can comfortably pay each month, including taxes, insurance and HOA dues.

A lender reviews your income and credit, and a pre-approval letter makes sellers take your offer seriously. First-time buyers may qualify for FHA loans or Utah Housing Corporation down payment assistance, and I can connect you with lenders I trust.
Find the right home
We tour homes that fit your family, commute and budget, and I’ll tell you honestly what I see.
Make your offer
I help you decide what to offer, then negotiate for the best price and terms.
Inspection and appraisal
An inspector checks the home’s condition and the lender confirms its value. If problems come up, we negotiate repairs or a better price.
Closing
You sign the final documents and get your keys.
Buying new construction
The builder’s sales rep works for the builder. When you bring your own agent, someone is on your side comparing incentives, lots, floor plans and lenders before you sign.
